Hair maintenance depends on your specific service, your hair goals, and how quickly your hair grows. To keep your hair looking fresh and healthy, I generally recommend the following:

• Haircuts: every 6–8 weeks

• Gloss or glaze: every 4–6 weeks

• Gray coverage: every 4–6 weeks

• Highlights: every 6–8 weeks

• Lived-in color: every 8–12 weeks

• Brazilian Blowout: about every 12 weeks

During your appointment, I’ll help create a personalized maintenance plan based on your hair type, color goals, and lifestyle.

Pre-booking your next appointment ensures your preferred day and time are reserved just for you. Because I work one-on-one in a private suite, each session is fully dedicated to your hair, your style, and your self-care.

For optimal results, it is recommended to visit the salon quarterly. Keeping a consistent routine not only maintains your hair’s health, color, and style, but also makes each appointment more efficient. Clients who wait months between visits often require more extensive, time-consuming, and costly services, while those who maintain a routine enjoy shorter, smoother appointments with better results.

Pre-booking allows me to build your look gradually over multiple sessions, giving me the ability to adjust, refine, and perfect your style. It also helps you prioritize self-care, create a stress-free schedule, and enjoy a polished, confident look every day—all while investing in hair that stays healthy, beautiful, and effortless over time.

If your hair has previous color, box dye, or corrective work, your appointment may require additional time or multiple sessions to achieve your desired result while maintaining the integrity of your hair.

Color services are customized based on your hair goals, current hair condition, hair density, and the time required to achieve your desired result.

Most color appointments fall within a range depending on the service performed. During your consultation at the start of your appointment, we’ll review your inspiration photos, hair history, and maintenance preferences so I can recommend the best approach and give you a clear plan for your visit.

My goal is always to create beautiful, healthy hair while keeping results realistic and tailored to your lifestyle and maintenance preferences.

A card on file is required to reserve your appointment time. Because I work one-on-one with each guest in a private suite, every appointment is specifically reserved for you.

The card on file helps protect the time set aside for your service and allows the booking system to enforce the cancellation policy if needed. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless there is a late cancellation or missed appointment.

Appointments can be adjusted or canceled with at least 48 hours notice.

Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time, as well as missed appointments, may result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. This policy helps protect the time reserved for each guest and allows the opportunity to offer that appointment to someone else.

I understand that unexpected things happen, and I always do my best to be fair while also respecting my time and the time of other guests.

Arriving with clean, dry hair and any inspiration photos ready helps me create exactly the look you want. Prepping in advance ensures we maximize our time together and get the best results, making your experience seamless and relaxing.
